Delivery Areas
We deliver to all counties in Kenya. Whether you're in Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, or any other part of the country, we'll get your beauty products to you.
Delivery Times
- Nairobi & environs: 1-2 business days
- Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, etc.): 2-3 business days
- Other areas: 3-5 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping: Orders above KSh 3,000
- Standard shipping: KSh 200 for orders below KSh 3,000
- Express delivery (Nairobi only): KSh 400 for same-day delivery (order before 10:00 AM)
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking notification. Use our Order Tracking page with your order ID to check your delivery status at any time.
Pickup Option
Prefer to pick up your order? We offer free pickup from our Nairobi location. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
Shipping Restrictions
Some products (such as aerosols and certain liquids) may have shipping restrictions. We'll notify you if any items in your order are affected and provide alternative arrangements.
